make sure you have your realtek drivers installed from the motherboard website

uninstalled and reinstalled  still not working

thats really weird, maybe your onboard graphics doesnt support audio output through hdmi or something

 

just use a 3.5mm cable to connect audio to your monitor then, most monitors have 3.5mm audio input

I know it does because that's what I used before I got my graphics card.

This is what I would try:

Uninstall realtek drivers, reset BIOS (clear CMOS), reinstall drivers.
