Wheel of Time TV Series

Yes, that's right! Wheel of Time is getting a TV series! I knew that there was someone thinking about it, but apparently in 2014 the studio that held the rights released a terrible trailer just to retain the rights to the series but according to the official google page, that issue has been dealt with and they will begin pre-production! I wonder what studio is going to go with it, probably HBO? If it is a lower channel or whatnot, I don't think the show will be given its justice or funding.

 

What do you guys think about this? Are you excited for this show (if you are a fan)? Personally I am beyond excited! The books are just fantastic and I know that if given the right  studio and funding, it could rival Game of Thrones' success and quality (not that I am hating on GoT!).
