So i'd like to overclock my 4790k 

I have a corsair H100I V2 as the cooler and a MSI H81M-E33 motherboard and whenever I try to overclock past 4.0 GHZ or 40 multiplayer of 100 mhz it just doesn't budge and I know it can take I have the watercooling with a 240MM RAD so it can overclock. So any help?

you need a motherboard that supports overclocking

no way to overclock other than getting an overclocking supported motherboard

well ok but there is still positivism having the CPU being watercooled and be low profile in thermals means I can overclock GPU more to comphensate

cpu temps have nothing to do with gpu overclocking lol

Yeah I know I'm talking about like case and computer overall having a watercooler isolate heat away from case productively means I can make GPU pump more heat without as more ramifications
