Screen tearing on secondary display

Hey fellow geeks,

 

This has been bugging me for a while now and I haven't found a solution after a lot of googling. So here's the problem

 

I have an Asus PG278Q as my primary display, and an Asus VN247-P as my secondary display. I play WoW on my primary and like to watch movies on the Plex web app in Chrome on the secondary. I don't get any screen tearing on the secondary display as long Chrome is selected, but as soon as I click back into WoW I get a lot of tearing whenever there is movement in the video

 

I'm on Windows 10, running the latest version of Chrome. The secondary display is connected to a GTX780 via HDMI

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
