I am wondering what your opinions on this general template for thumbnails for my YouTube channel are. Btw the channel colors are green and purple. And they have been made in Adobe Photoshop CS5.

I would suggest using the same images of the object on a table, and then writing over it with translucent text? Makes it seem more professional and is also very easy to do in photoshop.

Please vote for Donald Trump. I am out of sitcoms to watch.

Yeah definitely bright. Go for a more neutral colour for your background, but you could include something that stands out and is unique to your account in each thumbnail (a part of a logo or a colour effect like a stripe in the corners or whatever) which makes the video stand out as yours.

So like put the images on a table or desk type thing, and  put a faint blur over it, then type? But my trial of the Adobe CS5 Master Collection runs out today, do you know where I could get an activation code for The Adobe CS5 Master Collection, or how I can get it free forever?

What your asking about the CS5 stuff is piracy and is against the CoC on this forum.

Nobody mentioned torrenting, either way, it's just a means. You were asking how to get paid software for free, which is in the realms of piracy. it doesn't matter if it's through a torrent or not.

 

Anyway, maybe something like this? Needs a lot of work, but that style.

Cut out the subject from the table, and place some design underneath to make the subject stand out, while keeping a nice background .

colouring the text would work in this case i guess, the drop shadow does help a lot.

I'd change the images if i were you. i took them from a stock site so i'm not claiming any ownership over them. like one of the previous posters mentioned, if you take a picture and then use that as the background it would be more personal.

I'll send you the PSD (i acutally closed it so i'll remake it quickly) but i'd remove the email address from here unless you want spam bots to pick it up.
