I think you get your speed as it is intended since AFAIK you pay for 120 Mbps down and 15 up.

His speed test is in kbps, not mbps. There's a problem somewhere unless he's on an ISDN connection or something.

I pay for 14mbps of downlink and 5mbps of uplink and im using a wifi connection
