a AMD HD 8570 is a very basic GPU but is still faster than intel HD 4600, you need to connect your monitor to it.

and if you purchase a new GPU try to look a GPU that has no external power needed but if your going to purchase like for example a GTX950 ~ 970 upgrade the PSU as well.

 

But try using your GPU 1st... i think that will be enough for Dota 2 and CS:GO

 

my Old system was base on a Q8400/GT9500 1024MB 64bit DDR3 and both games run over 70FPS just upgraded to a new System much better performance and goodbye to slow HDD.

not really, but its less hassle and has a higher chance of working at its full resolution.

a R7 250 or gtx750 could run cs and dota at high settings

 

no need to spend so much if u dont need much

I used DVI to VGA converter to use VGA cable and resolution got even worse, does using DVI cable or DisplayPort cable will make any difference?
