Did you see my picture posted above?

yeah but i cant see what model is your MoBo cant find specific chipset and on the dell website cant find any information about that specific model.

hmm could you run CPU-Z and Print screen all tabs and send it here so we could see what type of mobo use in this case.

look at the back of the PC? is it in the top rectangle segment (where everything else plugs in) or the lower area expansion area.

a AMD HD 8570 is a very basic GPU but is still faster than intel HD 4600, you need to connect your monitor to it.

if you wish to replace ur GPU (the one you haven't even tried yet) ill need photos of these areas:

you have a good system even your gpu is great just follow what @TrigrH said plug a DVI Port under VGA.

and if you purchase a new GPU try to look a GPU that has no external power needed but if your going to purchase like for example a GTX950 ~ 970 upgrade the PSU as well.

But try using your GPU 1st... i think that will be enough for Dota 2 and CS:GO

my Old system was base on a Q8400/GT9500 1024MB 64bit DDR3 and both games run over 70FPS just upgraded to a new System much better performance and goodbye to slow HDD. :)

DVI is ideal but HDMI will work if your monitor has it

You mean using DVI will give better performance?

@TrigrH @apacheprotocol @DXMember Really thank you guys. I'll install AMD driver and use HDMI. Never seen people helping this much for nothing

Glad we could help save up your computer's information for your soon question about what you could do so other people could give accurate advise.

I used DVI to VGA converter to use VGA cable and resolution got even worse, does using DVI cable or DisplayPort cable will make any difference?
