Host process for Windows Services Data usage

Hello there, 

 

Just a random question as to what exactly does the Host Process for Windows Services is for and why it uses so much data?

 

It used just about 75 GB is the last 5 hours.

BTW. Windows Updates P2P is off

Windows doesn't consume that much.. even if you have P2P enabled.

At 75GB download, and you don't noticing that your HDD/SSD is filling up, I think it is safe to assume that your program has a bug and reporting crap.

Look at what Windows tells you instead from Task Manager and Resource Monitor.

Yep, seems like you're onto something.
