Blue Yeti vs Blue Snowball

Matias_Chambers

I want to get a new mic for recording videos. I was going to get the Blue Yeti, but then I saw the Blue Snowball which was half the price of the Yeti. I don't really care about features and customization all I care about is sound quality. Is there a noticeable difference in sound quality between the two?

There is a slight difference - afaik the Snowball is a desk mic and can't be mounted to a stand. The Snowball is great but only records Mono where the Yeti records stereo

idk

there's supposed to be a big difference in quality too, not only in features. Whether you want to pay extra for it is of course to you. I suggest looking up comparisons with audio samples to judge for yourself. Should be pretty easy to find.
