and no viruses with DesMume right? I'm very careful with what I download and don't like having an anti-virus software so I'm just being safe.

DesMuMe is good. No$GBA doesn’t work very well without some tweaking and is mostly intended for developers, developers, developers, developers.

and you haven't got viruses with it right? I'm very careful with what I download and don't like having an anti-virus software so I'm just being safe.

Been using it for years, haven't gotten a single virus or problem with it.

Where do you download the actual ROM files from then after the download the emulator?

  • 2 weeks later...

for rom I get them from emuparadise. but for emulators I prefer always the official site of the developer coz its always more updated than emuparadise

http://desmume.org/

but for gameboyadvance I use VBA-M . the best emulator in my opinion , common it even let u link and trade pokemons *.* and easily save snapshot load it on ur android smartphone to continue ur game :) ( i know u can do that with the built in save of the game for example if u save inside pokemon u just have to go to the save file and copy it to ur android ) but still I prefer snapshot saves as backup
