Cheap Starter Vlogging Camera Ideas

I am a small YouTuber, and i have been using my iPhone 5 for recording my vlogs, and I am looking for an upgrade. I need a camera that is good for vlogging, so small and light, preferably in a small form factor, cheap money wise, I have a pretty small budget, but it also needs to have the ability to attach to a standard tripod, so I can use it for like Q & As, but i would also like it if it had a way to plug into my computer so i could use it as my facecam for my gaming videos.

What is you budget? The definition of a small budget differs greatly person to person.

Case: Phanteks Evolve X with ITX mount  cpu: Ryzen 3900X 4.35ghz all cores Motherboard: MSI X570 Unify gpu: EVGA 1070 SC  psu: Phanteks revolt x 1200W Memory: 64GB Kingston Hyper X oc'd to 3600mhz ssd: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1TB ITX System CPU: 4670k  Motherboard: some cheap asus h87 Ram: 16gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz

I mean if you can fork over some extra cash and really upgrade your quality I would reccomend trying to find a canon 60d bundle with a lens just to get started. Just my opinion.

Well I mean be real with me, How much are you willing to throw down for this? I could recommend tons of great quality point and shoot vloggy cameras but 250 dollars isnt a very large budget. DSLR quality can be achieved through small form factor cameras, you just need to know where to look.

my absolute highest is $500, but by the time i have that money, there will probably be some better camera for my money...

CANON POWERSHOT SX280HS

answered, served. I mean, canon powershot g7x is fucking amaizing but this is decent apparently. Watch some reviews on it.

i looked at both, i like the sounds of them both, but the g7x just sounds like the only difference is that its wifi enableed,has a few more pega pixed, and looks nicer...
