Quad Display - Surround +1 UWS

Since I scanned these forums to try and get an idea of how this would look and work, I decided to put this together for a brief look at a Nvidia Surround Setup with 3 3D 144hz Asus Monitors + 1 29" UWS IPS Monitor (my favorite for color and blacks IMO). The IPS is the accessory monitor used for proofing prints / color accuracy / streaming things / game things like maps, mods, and communications / monitors for equipment. I used a pretty cheap but awesome monitor stand made by Vivo on amazon for 45 bucks. And I am pretty happy with how things turned out. 

 

The system: 

i7 4790k @ 5.01 ghz 

SLI 970 Reference Cards @ 1605 core 8200 mhz memory

Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Acrylic case

Ikea Identity Glass Desk (yep with very tedious cable management)

Side table for PC from amazon (30 bucks nothing special but fits a tower perfect)

CPU is cooled with a swiftech H220x2 Prestige 

Case has 2 Phanteks 140mm fans on the top, 2 Enloop 120mm Fans on the radiator in the front, and 1 140mm SP LED Corsair fan exhaust. 

PSU is an EVGA G2 750 

Chair is AK Racing Lux 

 

And the monitors: 

Three ASUS VG248QE Running at 144hz and my accessory monitor is an LGUM57P Ultra Wide 29" IPS running at 60hz

my wife would gladly send it away... she's not too happy with the "nasa" looking setup now. But I am loving this setup. Sad thing is, I had the UWS sitting around for months now trying to sell it locally, but not enough folks knew what it was worth. So i thought the other day that it would be sweet to add it to the setup and sure enough, a mount was cheap enough so ... why not?

you should submit your setup to pimp my setup i'm sure you would get some good compliments
