What memory do you have installed ? It should run league on higher settings. its the APU with the most powerful GPU.

It's a fairly recent chipset so I'm guessing it has PCI-E, in which case you can buy pretty much whatever you want (that runs on PCI-E). You've given us pretty much next to no information about your system though.
