What would you do with this $4200-$4500 budget?

Well i have a $4500 budget for my pc and i'm wondering what you guys think would be the best for the money (I'm taking looks into play also) I'm just wondering if any of you guys have any totally different ideas or some other ideas for my build that i don't have since i'm being close minded in the whole thing and i want a fresh take on things.

I do need a monitor and sleeving supplies to take into play since i love sleeved cables. (I listed the sleeved cables price in the part list)

Here is what i have so far.

I would get a better GPU and monitor instead of watercooling.

Desktop: Intel i5-3570K (stock) | Asus Sabertooth Z77 | G.Skill RipJaw 16GB 1600MHz | Samsung 840 120GB | EVGA GTX 680 SC+ 2GB | Fractal Design R4 | Windows 8 Pro (soon to have dual boot Mac OS X)

Retina Macbook Pro : Intel i7-3840QM | 16GB 1600 MHz | 256GB SSD | Nvidia GT 650M 1GB | Mac OS X 10.8.5

I think you should buy an old Pentium 4 Extreme and overclock to 6GHz with SLI GTX 295's

[AMD Athlon 64 Mobile 4000+ Socket 754 | Gigabyte GA-K8NS Pro nForce3 | OCZ 2GB DDR PC3200 | Sapphire HD 3850 512MB AGP | 850 Evo | Seasonic 430W | Win XP/10]

I would do a silent air cooled system rather than liquid cooled. Also probably a different case than the R4 I have on the list, probably as small and clean and minimalist as i can find.

sysloc

Changed the title since i'm re thinking some things, I might just wait a while longer (A pretty good wait) and work for some extra money and build the best build i can get. (Not wasting money)

U don't really need to water cool using a custom loop but instead I would upgrade things like RAM or the motherboard to something like a Maximus vi extreme and definitely an i7 probably even extreme edition.
