Anyone Remember Shenmue?

The gap between the first two games was two years... The 2nd game ended on a cliff hanger and now we don't know it they're (Sega) going to release a 3rd or not.... I miss that game. Me and my cousin used to play it all the time.

Sega is probably never going to release a third game. The second one was waaaaaaaaay over budget and hit something like $200 million or something crazy. Yeah I know GTAV cost more but this was Dreamcast era and it did not sell nearly enough to put a dent in the cost of development for the game. I don't even think it sold enough to be considered a successful game. I really liked Shenmue and the sequel (I played the second on xbox) and as much as I want to see how the story progresses I highly doubt it'll happen and I have already accepted the fact that it'll never be made lol.

Other good Dreamcast games were Jet Set Radio and Rush 2049
