are you looking for a really high OC? if so, go for something like a dual 120mm radiator AIO, if not, something like a 212 is a great option above a stock cooler that is cheap and performs great.

Would you recommend the 212 or the D92?

I don't think there would be any massive difference in performance between the two, although the D92 is more aesthetic, so if thats worth the extra $10 to you, go for it.

Popular choice would be the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO but there are other choices that edge it out in terms of cooling while being more aesthetically pleasing. So with that said, I'd say to get either the Cryorig H7 or the beQuiet! Pure Rock.

Ok, one last question. My current CPU cooler is a liquid cooling one that I've had for a while now. I couldn't tell you what kind it is, but I got it from iBuypower. Do you think I even need a new cooler?

its probably a single rad cooler, my friend has had one, in which case the only worthwile upgrade would be to a dual rad AIO, but again, its not very useful (even the one you have) if you aren't going to be overclocking (which I definitely recommend on your AMD CPU).
