Its not printed I think its one of those new fangled electronic bill boards.

The computer that controls it has windows 7 and windows 7 wants to upgrade to windows 10 then.

I like to kill hardware. In 2016 alone I have killed 20 Xeon 5160, and 10+ Pentium 4.
