Sometime Can, Sometime Cannot

Sometime can boot up work like normal, sometime won't boot.
Already taken out from the case and test, same problem.
Spec - i5 4460 / msi z87g43 / hyper x 8gb dimm / psu armageddon 500w

Sometime refuse to boot up. I need to switch off the power plug and wait 10 minute.

Very Weird! have you tried changing DIM slot for your RAM? That is very easy to test, but I'm at loss unless you have extra hardware to swap out and test each component separately. ie (RAM, CPU, PSU, MOBO)

  I have already tested everything.All working fine but when i put it back problem still the same.

Yes when it can power up i can open whole day no problem. PSU fan does spin.

Tested results 5 round. 4 time boot up like normal , 1 time cant boot.
