I do not know why but my HyperX Cloud is acting stangly. I do not hear some background sounds in some song. for example in howlin for you by the black keys, i don't hear the snare after the muddy guitar sound.  It also sounds a bit echo-y in the left earcup. Could someone please help.

Once you dropped something, something is bound to be wrong somewhere. Even if you drop a tank, something will go wrong.

 

Seems like you can't hear the high frequencies in your cans. I would very much suspect that something has disconnected or is loose.

The Internet is invented by cats. Why? Why else would it have so much cat videos?

Check your audio drivers, maybe some sort of "music mode" or EQ is active. Often buried in settings.

 

You can go to windows sound options and disable all enhancements to quickly test.

I just checked everythign seems to be fine.

Can't return a product based on the fact that you dropped it lol

 

At this stage, unless it is caused by another cause you pretty much have to live with it.

You could resolder a loose connection
