One last thing, so the Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 DDR4 Intel Z170 Chipset LGA1151 Skylake ATX mobo will take everything well, it won't die on me while I am in the middle of GTA V first mission or anything?

It is the unlocked version. But won't the cooler master hyper 212x do the trick?

Unlocked CPU's are ment for overclocking meaning your going to want a good CPU cooler

There is no point in getting a unlocked processor if you aren't going to get a good cpu cooler like the NZXT x61 or H100i GTX

Go for the locked cpu and save some money, the fps difference is like 5% when the K version is overclocked

btw if your going to go for the build you made, get the r9 390, more preformance (look up benchmarks)

and the PSU/Case is compatible and more than enough power to overclock the graphics card

Unfortunately, my heart is set on nVidia... But if I overclock the MSI GTX 970 4GB to the MAX, will it not bottleneck the CPU? If it is i5 6600?

The i5 6500 can be tooken up to like a titan x/black before experiencing bottleneck
