ZenFone 2 Problems

Hey so I've had my ZenFone 2 for a while. It is the ZE551ML MODEL. Out of no where for the past months, my phone, when I press the power button to turn on the screen, it takes like 12 secs to turn on and go off. Then I press it again and it works. I have a los had a lot of lag on ZenUi and have updated everything on my phone. Also, most the time when I hold the power button to turn off the phone, I get the menu, press turn off, it stays like that for minutes forcing me to shut down my device. Any ideas what it can beEor how to fix it. I can't really find anything about that.

Had the ZF2 since last august and haven't had that problem yet. The only thing I can say about pressing the power button is to just double tap the screen. That's what I normally do since it is a pretty big phone. It's just easier to tap the screen then reach a finger over to the top.

hmm i did notice that sometimes it takes a while to wake from the screen off state, but nothing major. 5-7 seconds at best, and it happens rarely.

Only problem is that sometimes it turns on while in my pocket.

For me that's like every 5 times I check my phome

battery gets wasted as well as it once went on emergency dial
