  • Replaced the graphic card "also did the cpu as well, that didn't help"
  • Updated the drivers for the whole system "I did used an external program to find drivers i dont have, also I have tryed uninstall gpu drivers and replaced them with new ones and older verions of them "
  • Reinstalled windows 10 "yes i have uninstalled windows 10
  • Seen if the memory has gone bad " have ran and tested each stick of ram with memtest
  • Try altering the gpu game settings " lowered to low setting to see if helped, it didn't btw"
  • No heating problems highest temp is around 61c " for the whole system"
  • Also have tried with low settings
  • So when playing css, fallout 4 or grand theft auto 5 it stutters when I move my mouse or even when i am just traveling around the game map, I am losing hope

I am thinking it might be your SSD, you even if you updated its drivers, it might have some issues or such.

Have you tested any of your parts in a separate PC?

I also think it could be your Monitor (more thinking it is your monitor than SSD).

What is your monitor(s) refresh rate?

Are you sure your cable running from your GPU to your monitor is okay? (could have been stepped on wrong or been damaged recently).

I had a very similar problem when I was playing Skyrim a few years back.

Turns out it was corrupt sectors on my HDD (where it was installed). When you reinstalled Windows, did you reformat the SSD first?

How much space is left on the SSD also?

It could be your GPU is putting more FPS than your Monitor (TV) can handle, i recommend capping your FPS to 60 and you should see improvement unless you are playing a very high demanding games with mods or something and they are draining your GPU's Vram or are just being FPS intensive, in that case, its time for a GPU upgrade (but honestly, you seem as if you would know if that was the problem which i think is not the case. And the 960 can handle a good bit, especially the 4GB version. Just cap your FPS to 60 and see if that works better). Keep in mind, the Monitor that you mentioned as Tv, might be the problem to as it could be the FPS is to much as i mentioned and capping it would help, however, Tv refresh rates are a bit weird so that is one thing to note.

To follow on, I would check for malware. I use malware bytes. Also use cleaner to maintain your system!

Have you ruled out you current mouse / mouse driver? From what you said it was only while you where moving it.

Other than that, the only thing I can think of would be to check Nvidia control panel, and see what refresh rate you have set. I once couldn't figure out my my games were running like shit, and found I had my panel set to 40hz (I use vsync).

oh, I guess you could check if its a vsync issue too, but it sounds like you already did.

  • samsung 32inch tv

Being a "TV", what source do you have selected? Generally you should be picking "HDMI/DVI" if it's available

See if you can get it to 1920x1080 (1080p) also when you've done that.

hdmi since it is an 2015 tv

Doesn't matter the year. When picking a source on your remote, pick HDMI/DVI as this is meant to be used for PC's.... keeping in mind to switch the cable at the back of your TV to the appropriate plug.

Have you tried setting the resolution to 1920x1080 (1080p)?

I also need more info on your TV. What's the model number/anything you can give me? Samsung 32 inch TV isn't enough unfortunately!

unfortunately i have tried doing all of that and i dont rember the name of model  number at all

Info should be found within the TV, try looking through the settings on the remote. Or perhaps a sticker somewhere on the base or back of the TV.

yeah I honestly dont know where to start

The base or back of the TV would be a start. Generally a small white rectangular sticker with bold writing... perhaps its printed on the TV itself. You just have to have a geeze and a gander.

type no: um32eh5300

there you go

Cool, thanks for that!

So it seems there is a "Game Mode" feature on the TV. Can you try and turn that off and/or on and see what happens? I'm thinking its the TV itself, I've always had issues or know people to when they use a TV into a PC. Read through that page to see if anything buzzes for you.

Also, you'll need to try:

- Set to 1920x1080 (1080p) in your nvidia graphics control panel, also checking you have the best refresh rate available (will either be 120hz or 60hz)

- Try on a different monitor in your house/off a friend/who or whatever

- Try putting your graphics card in another PC

- Try putting your SSD in another PC and see what happens.
