i have done some very basic gaming on it (gmod, world of tanks on medium settings, shellshocked live on ultra), also using it as a media server

What are you looking to use this for? That CPU will likely hold you back in all but the most basic of tasks.

probably a media server or a home theater pc to store ripped dvds, ive done some light gaming{gmod and world of tanks on medium settings, shellshock live on ultra}  after overclocking the gpu it does okay.

That Sempron doesn't hold it back? It's a single-core CPU on a seriously antiquated microarchitecture- not unlike a Pentium 4.

it has on some higher end games, i mainly use it for ripping dvds and storing them though.

I'd be very interested in seeing some benchmarks with this setup. In fact, I'm sure a lot of people on the forum would be. Consider starting a new thread for them- perhaps proving once and for all that $50 'Potato PCs' can still provide an adequate gaming experience.
