I got it to replace a old very worn out dell mouse that I have been using for a while it was arround $4 with shipping but I can't say how good it is yet because it takes a month to deliver: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B019Z744EQ/

Because its not an "Amazon" Product. According to the link, it is sold by a 3rd party. They probably chose the cheapest shipping possible.

Yah it says its shipping all the way from china so I guess thats why its taking so long
