N450 yes, same internal and fans with the h440 though

the intake fans on the top (outside of the chassis, under the roof cover) barely made it to the fan header on the bottom for my case, the it only fits two fans on the top not 3, unless your fan is slim (the front most fan wont fit if you plan to cover the case's roof)

you can put 3 fans on the top on the inside of the chassis though no problem

 

as for the length in your pic, about ~20cm

but i route my fan cables with the routing hole which is near the top of the bottom-most fan, so the top fan will need some cable length

also note, the 4 stock fans that came with the case is more than enough to cool your rig, dont need to add any more fans

(3 intake and 1 exhaust is pretty extreme for some cases, normally its 1 in 1 out or 2 in 1 out)
