First off, if you just bought a used HDD, did you DBAN it at least?  If not, you'd better make sure to do that.

Some yes, some no

We don't know what you consider loud nor the age/make of the hdd. An older toshiba may sounds like a 747 and be fine but a year old WD black should be fairly quiet.

It is a WD black, it is okay for normal used. However, when I boot my computer it make some noise. (did not sound like a 747). How quite should be a one year old WD black sound like( The HD tune show this disk have been use for 320day)

I suspect damage then, if its under a year old and a higher end hdd it shouldn't be very loud. You can try a disk health tool and take you chances but i wouldn't.

Why? Theres not a reason to use that intensive of a program, if your worried about viruses any normal wipe program will work and be much faster and easier, otherwise its a firmware virus which DBAN doesnt mess with.
