Graphics Card Recommendation

Hello! Guys

 

I will be upgrading my graphics card and I would just like to ask if you can you help me recommend a graphics card that can play any game at a constant frame rate of 60 fps or higher at a 1080p display. 

 

Here is my current build:

Processor: Intel Core i7 4790k

Motherboard: Asus H97M-Plus 

Memory: 2x 8Gb GSkill DDR3 1600

Graphics Card: Asus GeForce GTX 750

Power Supply: Cooler Master GX-2 550W 80+ Bronze SLI 550W

Monitor:  Samsung Simple LED 20” Monitor with High Glossy Black Finish 

Casing: Aerocool Xpredator Cube Case

GTX 960 or R9 380x. Or R9 290 if you're okay with used. 

R9 390 or 290x if you have the cash. (GTX 970 is eventually going to be limitted by its 3.5 GB of game usable VRAM in later years.)

There is no card that will always do 60FPS.

Why ?
Because GPU may be able to do it, but something else may not (CPU).
I bet that 4790k isn't enough to do 60FPS constant in everything (regardless of GPU).

Got a 980, doesn't always reach 60, would love a 980ti, but if I was you wait till end of summer for pascal from nvidia.

Personally I'd live out until June/July for Pascal and Polaris. its just another 2 months and performance jumps are almost guarenteed to be significant.
