URGENT Help needed/ usb not working

update the drivers from device manager?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

are there any drivers on the manufacturers website? have you tried different USB ports?

already got the latest drivers from the manufactures.

all usb ports are the same.

It's a windows issue i believe

cant think off much, have you tried a diffirent PC?
