Custom PC | ASRock logo won't go away.

Ascitic

I finished building my custom computer, I set up the bios and all, but when I booted up for the final time to add on Windows, the ASRock logo won't go away. All I see is a ASRock logo and a few options in the bottom right corner (when I do as it says it does nothing). Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Oh, I haven't done it yet, I took a little break, I was getting a bit frustrated and didn't want to do anything stupid.
