the first one  has a higher out of the box clock speed.

LE has a lower clock speed out of the box and is likely a lower binned chip. If you plan on OCing I'd expect more out of the regular version. LE might also have a different cooler but I'm not sure about this.

Exactly as @Bigheart said, the Gaming 6G has a higher base core clock out of the box, while the LE model is stock speed.
