i use windows 10 now. so >.> but yeah, how much should i do the MSI afterburner with and what should i adjust and look after?

Install MSI Afterburner, then go into settings and check "Unlock Voltage Control" and "Unlock Voltage Monitoring"

It'll ask you to restart the software, do so.

Then on the main page, slide the Core Voltage and Power Limit to maximum then slowly increase the Core Clock and Memory Clock while checking for stability every 5-10 MHz increase.

Do that until it crash then back off by 5-10. Test again, if it doesn't crash. that's as far as you'll get it.

EDIT: You can also use the stats on this page as reference for what you "could" achieve.
