Nvidia installer failed error when opening GeForce experience

when I open Nvidia GeForce experience i got this error

I already tried removing every GPU driver and every nividia related thing on my pc but I'm still getting this when I open GeForce experience help plz

      CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.8GHz Moherboard: MSI Z97 SLI Krait Edition Memory: HyperX FURY White 24GB DDR3 1866MHz GPU: Asus GTX 970 Turbo

             PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750w SSD: Crucial MX200 250GB HDD: WB Blue 1TB Monitor: (2x) BenQ GL2460HM 24-Inch Case: NZXT S340 White

Use disc drivers, then update them. Or use an older version of the driver, just not 364.51, that kills your PC

un install the drivers again and geforce experience and then try again if that does not work then try installing an older version of the driver

He already tried uninstalling them all

I've uninstalled it 2 or 3 times
