Needs new Espresso Machine

I'm looking for a decent espresso machine to do away with Starbucks trips once and for all. My budget is approximately $150, give or take. Suggestions please. 

 

Also, would I need a better grinder or would a blade grinder do the job?

My eyes see the past…
