wont post New Build Won't Post. Need Help!

Hi guys,

So i've built two PC's before, this buget gaming pc build is for a friend.
After i build everything into the case and i connected it to a monitor it wont post, the leds will turn on and all the fans will go spinning (Case&Processor cooler). Yet it wont post.
No signal on the monitor is the message that displays.
I've read something about BIOS updates that might be needed but i dont know if this is indeed needed and if so how to do it.

Motherboard: ASrock FM2A55 Pro+
Processor: AMD Athlon x4 860K Boxed
Ram DR3 Crucial ballistix 2x 4gb (8gb total) at 1600mhz
GPU: GTX 750TI Superclocked
Intern Storage: Seagate Desktop HDD 1TB
Power Supply: Seasonic M12II Bronze Evo 520W

Have you tried re-seating ram?

Looks like you'll have to update bios if MBO is older then CPU.

i've seen, how do i update the bios without it posting though?

Check all cables, and I mean ALL CABLES!!

Some motherboards have "flashback" feature, not sure if thats the case with your MBO but you can try using this guide.
