80*C-ish max

That cooler has no copper - it's the smallest stock cooler a modern intel CPU has ever seen :D

That's perfectly fine. If it goes above 80*C then you should be worried

yes - a small grain of rice worth of TIM - anymore than that and it can cause issues

re-seated it and tightened everything ran a stress test 100% load 61c (but averaging 58) csgo, 54c at 90% cpu. im happy now. thanks for the help

Your temps are normal for the cooler and CPU. No need to worry. I would have guessed 60-65C max temps.
