I would like to know your games recommendation on steam! I have a good budget, so don't worry if the game has a rebate or not!

Just go to Steam, go to PC Games and sort them by Popularity or Rating. That should give you a good idea.

A game that I personally enjoyed a lot was Assetto Corsa; have a look at that if you're into racing games. Spintires was also great. If you like more chill things, try Euro Truck Simulator 2, or American Truck Simulator (which is just re-skinned ETS2)

 

I don't play shooters, so I can't really help you there.
