q9550 oc to help bottlneck.

Kodey116

i have a dell xps 630i with a core 2 quad q 9550 8 gbs of ram 750w psu and a r9 270x.

i notice extremely high cpu usage.

i currently have it at 3093.73 mhz on a fsb overclock . what could i do to take it higher . it freezes any higher at my current setting with no option to change voltage through nvidia performance panel.

what could i do or possibly change until i save up for a new mobo cpu and ram.
