GTX 950 clock problem

Hey guys I have a problem with my 950, yesterday my average fps drop on every game and I could work out why, so I used MSI afterburner and it turns out that whatever settings is set, my GPU core clock doesn't go higher than 405Mhz under load and the memory clock is at 810 Mhz, the rest is behaving normally. So does anyone knows why ? Btw it's a GTX 950-2G from ASUS.

If you have already restarted and its still doing the same thing, do a clean install of the newest nvidia drivers.

 

My gpu sometimes dosent go over 540mhz after a driver crash until I reinstall the drivers

Maybe your PC is set to power saving mode?

Turn off the side stepping bull crap, if it's on.  Basically set your PC's power management so that it pisses off Al Gore.

basically this, except get the 362.xx or 361.xx drivers, the 364.xx drivers are buggy `-`
