I have this HDD "WDC WD1002FAEX..."

I want to edit the "Power on Time" to only 260 days. 

why i want to do this?? 

because a friend of mine did it and I also wanted to know how he did

I cannot think of any valid reason to edit SMART data, unless you want to scam someone - either manufacturer or a prospective buyer.

The S.M.A.R.T. status of a drive is stored on the drive's firmware. Editing that info so it appears differently voids the drive's warranty and upon receiving the actual S.M.A.R.T. status can be checked regardless if it's edited or not. According to the tool the drive is in bad health so I'd run WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic to verify these results. :)
