Thoughts on this office PC build?

Cacao

Hey, I was hoping to get some feedback on this office build (no gaming whatsoever):

What it will be used for:

  • Standard browsing (email, youtube etc.), initially on wifi
  • Some basic audio recording (audacity)
  • Microsoft office

I want the build to be very fast and snappy but without spending a lot of money (keeping it under say 700 euro). I added a slightly larger PSU than needed just in case a small dedicated GPU is required in the future, though I don't think it will be. Since it will be doing audio recording it's important for it to not be loud as hell. Any suggestions on what case/fan/cooler combo would achieve this best without spending too much? Everything will be bought from Spanish Amazon.

Any feedback or suggestion is appreciated!

hmm...

Spoiler

1) should go skylake since its almost the same price but you get faster ram and what not (i5 6400, 6500 or 6600, or i7 6700 if you need extra cpu horsepower)

2) just use the normal stock cooler, if you're worried about acoustics then maybe get a hyper 212 evo, for total silence, get a nh-d15 or dark rock pro 3 and remove the fans, though make sure your case fits these coolers

3) use the thermal compound that comes with the cooler, dont have to spend money on this

4) if you choose skylake, get a motherboard and ram that fits it

5) get a 850 evo from samsung, and 250gb if possible if you're just only that ssd as your storage, 120gb is barely enough

6) that psu is good enough if you're not adding a gpu, but if you are then i recommend getting a better one

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

I recommend you save money by going with an i3 and ditching the aftermarket cooler. For what you'll be doing, the stock cooler won't even have to do much to keep your CPU cool. Now, with the money saved, you can buy higher capacity SSDs which are great if you just want a fast office experience. Really you won't need ANYTHING higher than an i3 for an office build.

Thanks for the suggestion, though I don't think the GPU is needed at all since the PC won't be used for anything other than what I listed above.

I still think a decent GPU is a good thing to have. If it makes the computer last 10% longer, IMO it is worth it. You can also branch out what the computer is used for if it is ever needed for something else.

I just realized, I forgot the case in that parts list.
