downgrading back to windows 7

hey!

 

i have a pc that is loaded with adware. i wasnted to do the reset and keep all the files, i was wondering if i do that would it let me go back to windows 10 or not and if not can i just boot windows 7 froom a usb and use the same activation code?

If you still have the activation code, just do a clean wipe, and it should work

There is also a way to go back where it doesn't delete some of your applications, BUT Your saying its full of malware so I would clean wipe

I installed windows 10 to review it then reverted back to windows 7 without doing a clean install. BIG mistake. save yourself the agony and do a clean install of windows 7. check out "GWX control panel" as well.

my microsoft keyboard and mouse don't work for windows 10, so no.
