hi guys please i need your help im a first time at upgrade GPU my self...i alrady upgrade my PSU to V750 coolermaster....and im using MSI n560 gtx ti hawk and im upgrading to MSI r9 390 8gb so after i upgrade GPU and i conneted HDMI cable to the moniter and i start the PC at first i try and it keep restart back to back over and over again than i try this in youtube thay say try removeing ram 1 by 1 the first slot i remove than its stop restarting over and over again...but now i dont hear any boot sound and no display on the moniter....but after i remove the GPU and use my old GPU its boot up fine go to windows 7 no problem...but when i try again intalling the new GPU that happen....can any1 help me out?

did you connect the pci-power to the card? did you connect the other end to the psu? `-` (you have to connect ALL the pci power plugs)

 

if you did the correct connection and its still not powering up, then it might be dead on arrival, check whether it works on other systems

Ummm....is your monitor plugged into your graphics card and not the motherboard?

ok this is what i think whats happened

1 the motherboard isnt detecting the gpu

2 the gpu isnt sending a display signal to the hdmi

3 gpu doa

 

1 i would try using a dvi cable between gpu and monitor

2 plug the cable between the motherboard video out to the monitor

i did it i take it to the pc shop and thay say i have an old mobo and never been update for 5 or 6 years lol,,, so need to flash bios it did not cos much but thanks guys for the help...now its works...new problem now is i dont know what driver softwere to use with this MSI r9 390...do i need to install all from the CD they included?or is ther any web side that you guys recemmanded for me?
