Usb mic with background noise

I am making a gaming channel on youtube. Cliché I know but it is what I have wanted to do for a while and my friends seem to think I would make a good youtuber. I need a good usb mic tho. I want the snowball yeti or at2020. At2020 is on amazon for 82 bucks yeti for 128 and snowball for 45. I am leaning towards at2020 but my pc is in a place where you can pretty much hear everyone downstairs. What mic is the best for handling background noise. I heard with the yeti you can lower gain knob and turn up gain on windows but would an at2020 work just as well? Thanks in advance!!

The Blue Yeti. It has a 3 condenser microphone. That means, you can set it to only record sound from certain places.

but why would having Omni directional and bidirectional help with background noise. Cardioid is in front and that's all I will ever use and that will pick up less noise. My question is does not having the gain knob hurt me for picking up background noise.
