I would get Windows elsewhere and I wouldn't bother with an optical drive

 

I also wouldn't get 4x4gb ram for dual channel mobo/cpu

i would suggest a higher wattage power supply and skip the optical drive if you want it to install windows because you can install windows with a usb but other than that i wouldnt change anything

I'm probably not going to upgrade my gpu for a loonnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggg time yet, so I think a 550w gs from evga is a good choice?
