I think i can buy windows 10 for 20$ in Redit

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7rfxhM

If you have to, get the SSD first, then HDD when you can.

Otherwise, go with this 960

1. Budget & Location - California $Us dollars (900- 950$ or lower)
2. Aim - Graphics design,Video editing and streaming.  Also gaming
3. Monitors - Two monitors, Also 1080p
4. Peripherals - I don't need any Peripherals Just a brand new os
5. Why are you upgrading? - This is my first build

Just to clarify, do you own the monitors already?  Your budget may very well be a problem if you need professional-grade colour calibrate-able screens in addition to the rest of your hardware requirements.

That'll cost some performance, but let me see what I can do... How many and what screen size where you thinking? (1080p is a must here)

Still need to add OS and make space in the budget for it

You could probably get by by removing the SSD but that'll take a hit in loading times

No room in this budget for SSD, unfortunately.

Reworked that a bit: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QnJpdC

8 cores (4 + hyper threading) but less ram

i7 4790k | MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition | G.Skill Ripjaws X 16 GB | Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB | 2x Seagate Barracuda 2TB | MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V | Fractal Design R4 | EVGA 650W
