So I have copies of Vista, Seven, and am going to be purchasing 10, all of these are full copies not tied to the motherboard. 10 Pro or 10 Home or 7 ultimate for an operating system on my new build. Build will consist of a 6 core i7 with 32gb of ram.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

What's the reasons as to why?

Well, straight up because anything is better than Vista. Mac OS9 might even be better than Vista. (kidding... or am I?)

Many people are still reluctant to make the switch to Windows 10 because of various reasons, and that's fine - Windows 7 is still receiving security updates until 2020.

But on the other hand, it makes sense to stay current with technology rather than fall behind, and Windows 10's Task Manager is worth the upgrade alone IMO.

Oh, and of course, lets not forget the most important Windows 10 App ever:

I would advise to go with 7 Ultimate and then upgrade it to Windows 10 and save your other Windows 10 licences for a latter date.

@bindydad123's advice is probably the most sound, as the Windows 10 upgrade is still free until... August?

So install Windows 7, and upgrade to Windows 10 for free. BAM! You can save your Windows 10 Pro install for another machine.
