Hello,

I will get right to the point. My game i play is Black Desert Online.

I run on a 1440p RoG Swift monitor, @ generally 60fps+ without issue even when in towns (Calpheon)

My problem is lately, im getting some lower frames of 55 ish and even spikes down to 46 in cities and lower fifities in the world. I think my CPU is throttling but the temperatures are only 37C. The air pulled out of my radiator is warm, and i only ever see issues like these radiators get too warm. Generally my game runs ok in 32-37c.

Hardware: CPU 6600k i5 OC to 4.4GHZ @ 1.35 Core Cache
Closed Loop H100iGTX loop push/pull config with 2x 120mm corsair fans (sitting outside rig)
EVGA Geforce GTX 980 SC ACX OC to 1488 stock fans ( 124% power target 12mV & 253 clock offset, modified to 2k fan RPM) in EVGA Precision X

RoG Maximus Hero V3 Mobo- Im using XMP 25% OC Profile Settings that comes with preset with the mobo.
Chassis Black Hawk ULTRA with like 18 fans.

500G 850 EVO SSD

My radiator is clean and the mesh filters are clean from dust and debris.

What is the problem here, when i tell people im running 35c under load people say im crazy to think my cpu is in fact throttling and frames are being affected by heat. People say its like thge 75c range when youll notice FPS dip but yet i am....GPU is 55C

Probably not a thermal issue then.

Use MSI Afterburner to see if anything is maxed out.

my CPUS clocking in @ 4300 MHZ which is where i want it. Sent it to TPU II because i have water cooling on it. It seems to be running well.

My GPU on the other hand, drops to 24 frames for me in game when i open Precision X16, or when i do any overclocking on my GPU
