Hey guys...

i recently installed gta 5 on pc but my pc is getting hicups like shuttering and framerates up and down should i reinstall my graphics card or what do i do 

PS:i had no problem running it before but all of sudden it decided to act like this

 

Specs:

Intel i5 4690k Oc'ed and gtx 970 ssc

Wait...i dissconnected my xbone controller the game runned smooth as butter but i will try again with a controller

If you scroll down there's one that mentions Xinput. You can try that one.

is your PC power settings on high performance mode?

I think it's a controller driver issue.

You could try this, it just outlines how to update the driver for the Xbox one controller.
