Thinking of getting GTA 5

Hey guys i currently actually own GTA 5 on steam but it got banned (Careless about mods)

 

Well i would like to make a come back what should i do now i should like to purchase the game again is it best to buy though rockstar or... make another steam account?

Its not even fun anymore, i was a modder too except i only got banned twice.

The only reason i decided not to get perma banned was some of my friends play sometimes

That's the problem all my friends are PC gamers i am the only one who plays consoles really want to get back to it

Yeah i  will lol... but how i am banned what should i do like make a new account? or i dont know....

Make a new rockstar account because the multiplayer in GTA V is not run by steam accounts.
