Budget gaming build $500

Hi! i'm planning a build for a friend, this is what I can get for $500 in my country

 

Xeon E3-1240v2 (used, for $100 USD)

Mini ITX ECS H61 mobo

8GB Adata 1600Mhz RAM (2 x 4GB)

1TB HDD

Elite 130

EVGA 500B

XFX 7950 Core Edition (used, for $145 USD)

 

Any suggestions? I live in mexico, so I don't have pcpartpicker or cool deals :(

Nice! Thank you. How bad is that PSU? Just in case he sticks with it, good PSU's are expensive here.
